  1. Thank you all for the welcome! And, the information on the cutting techniques. I was hoping to get an actual speed = ________ feed = ________ plunge = ________ answer from you guys... but again thank you very much for this information. Phil
  2. Hi all! Just joined and we were looking for some answers on speeds and feeds. Polycarbonate or (Lexan) is the material that we are using, and we are cutting letters in reverse or subsurface with a onsrud carbide v-groover that has a 60 degree angle to it. Would anyone know the proper speed, feed and plunge rate on something like this to prevent the material from melting, packing, or plugging up the bit, without using coolant? Thanks, Phil
