  1. We have a Haas VF-2 with a TR-160 5ax Trunion Using MC9.1 MR0105 (MPGEN 5AX POST) Need some help on getting our post to allow 'A' axis to go from a (+)to(-) on rotation. The issue is when cut starts 'A' axis is tilted in the positive direction. as it approaches 'A0' the 'B' axis is rotated 180 deg. to allow 'A' to remain cutting in a positive direction. 2nd issue, We are using 90% of machines' envelope, with 'B' axis rotating 180 tool retract position cannot be consistent. When cut is made on left side of web, retract is 5.25" to clear material for re positioning on next pass When cut is made on right side of web, retract is 7.5" to clear material for re positioning on next pass. problem is that we are operating within about a 1.5" envelope for our 'Z' retract.
