  1. Hi Everyone, I'm running X3 and working with posting subs on our Haas HMC's and have a question. I've been modifying the mpmaster sub and have gotten it about like we like it except for the fact that it posts our sub calls in only one direction. What I mean by that is it puts G54, G55, etc in order after every tool change. I'm looking to have it go forward G54, G55 and then backward G59, G58, etc on the next tool change to save from unwinding our rotary. I've emailed our dealer on this but so far they haven't come up with an answer. Thanks in advance Robert Gordon Composites, Inc.
  2. Big help, thanks brian. I learned alot about 3D chamfer. thanks all.
  3. I'm sorry, thanks camdude.
  4. Thanks gcode, you've been a great help.
  5. Another stupid question, it looks like you can't have tool comp with a G18 & G19 is that true, or can you get around that?
  6. Thanks gcode, is that under arc center type? Do I change that from radius to signed radius?
  7. It's outputing in R's, I didn't know you could change that. Could you tell me where I can check that? I analyzed it, and it appears to be a radius not a spline.
  8. This is a double radius in y,z one is a G02 and one is a G03, it only puts in the G02 and then goes back to point to point for the G03 radius.
  9. OK, my control definitions are set to support arcs in y,z plane. and I set the arc motion in the filter, but still no good. It does put a G19 in the program with one radius but then in continues point to point. Am I doing something wrong?
  10. I'm putting a chamfer on an edge of a part, it has a radius in Y,Z, but when I post it's all point to point in the program. Is there a way to make it put in radiuses in Y,Z instead of point to point?
  11. I just got the mpsubrev post to work and it seems to output the way I needed it to. Thanks guys.
  12. I went in to run user application and ran updatepostdll but the log stated that it was aborted. Can you not update this post?
  13. I previewed the sample output and thats exactly what I'm looking for.
  14. I got it downloaded but it says I have to convert it. I'm using version X3, how can I convert it?
