jparis, I do know the differance and they are not 2016 files. Anyway, I did find a thread that had me go into the following...
right click on CMD.exe and run as administrator
then run the following in CMD
C:\windows|syswow64\regsrv32.exe "C:\program files\mcamx9\common\swoksdata\swdocumentmgr.dll"
Worked great.
Thank for all the responces.
This process should be pinned. I agree
Thanks for all the input. I just checked my op defaults and I have coolant turned on for all the ops (everything) but it still sets each op for my part to coolant off. I just forget to turn it on here and there and my guys can't seem to fix it at he machine. Very frustrating.
I am having trouble getting the coolant to be on all the time by default. When I am done with my tool paths I have to go into the common parameters and turn the coolant on for all operations. What can I do to get it to always have coolant on with the machines I use? Thank You
I am using a standard 2d pocket and plunge into a hole. What it does is after the first depth it rapids to z.1 and then calls a G1 x..y..z.. instead of Z.1, x... y..., g1 z-..
even is I have it ramp zig zag, it still gives me a G1 x..y..z.. move to the start of the next depth. auggggg. Only since X6
When I post out a pocket program with depths in it I get x,y,z moves all in the same line for the next depth. All my settings are set to break xy moves first and then z. This has only happen since I started with X6. Is there a setting I am missing?
yes you can, go into the Alt+f8 (config settings) and goto the toolpaths topic. In the lower left corner there is a "set-up sheet program". set it to GUI. This will get the set-up sheet like v9.
