Looking for a post for a Charmilles Robofil 290F with a Fanuc series, vers. B9A8-29 software build, controler 1997.

When creating a program for electrodes w/X-MR2 what are the settings to creat an .005 orbital over-burn in surface finish tool paths. I have used cutter dia. to do 2D over-burn with good results (1/8 ball EM Dia is .115). If any could help me out I would really appreciate it! Thanks. Martin

When I try to regen a model or toolpath in X2 I all of a sudden get an error. It started last month by saying it could not find geomatry. When I forced a regen on it it seemed to fix itself. Now I am getting the following pop ups, (Error processing solid title) 1st window: No valid close chain selected for non thin walled extrude. (error processing solid title) 2nd Window: Error reapplying operation, regen not complete Once it loads after I close the boxes, the operations manager shows all the solids I had previously created. But they are all X'd out under the solids tab. All this use to not happen, nothing was changed, nothing updated. Now I cannot open anything without that error. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
