Hello, could anyone help me with the wright post for a Mitsubishi CX20 wire machine. i have the mill and wire of mastercam. i have a post for mistsu but it sucks. when i try to program 4-axis and post it to the machine... no good I asked my reseller but he seems to have to much work. pfff Regards, Dennis ( [email protected] )

We are using a heidenhain millplus but when i post a program is says there is a fault in the program.. Its impossible to wright 2 times a "G" code in the program. Can someone tell me where i must edit the post to end a program without writing 2 "G" codes in one line? Dennis

Hello... I desingd a Frame for a racing bycicle in Unigraphics.. i substracted the frame out of a rectangular block. ( its for a fiber carbon frame ) Now is my question wich is the best way to finish it? The tubes have the form as a raindrop and some of the tubes have the round form.. Regards Dennis

is it possible to translate a autocad text in mastercam and then use for engraving? if someone nows a way to do so please tell me. mc regonises it as text but i cant use it for engraving.. Dennis

If I have a problem with the comma's and points I asked the forum... and nobody nows the wright answer?? I think that's not spamming!

Hello, When i open a MC file my mastercam is in points (every number is in ordinary numbers for exa: 10.563) when I save this file and open it the next time all the points seems to be in comma's!! Now when i try to change a value in for example my retract or feed speed he dont let me use point and gives me a yellow frame.. can someone tell me what value to change to use only points or change some configuration file, now its impossible to change something in my toolpath values and so i cand make desent program's best regards Dennis
