I would like some info on how to program an angle head in a horizontal machining center. I will be drilling in the Y + axis and I'm having trouble with X3 Mastercam to simulate the tool path.

How do I change my post to output 5 place decimal instead of 4.

I'm machining multiple parts on a 2 sided tombstone on a horizontal machine. What I need to do, is to re-origin my zero for each part so when I generate the code it works off of each part zero and not just one part. How can I do this in Mastercam.

I saved the models as an STL file and in verify both models were displayed but the Tool PLane was not where it was suppose to be. What can I do to fix this. The tool and construction planes are right before I saved it as an STL file.

I need to program 5 different models in mastercam,these parts are on the same fixture in different locations how can I simulate on each model, I having trouble, it will only let me simulate the 1st one I chose.

I'm trying to open a solidworks file that has solid models placed on the fixture and I want to put toolpaths to the models but when I bring them into mastercam I already checked nohist in the config box but file has about 1500 entities listed in the levels manager when all I want to import is the 2 models and the tombstone.How can I decrease the size of this file so I can work with it.

It's oriented the right way. what it looks like is part of model is the right shape and the holes and bores in the model are not extruded at all. Maybe my model is corrupted.

I have Imported solid model into mastercam X3 and I want use model as stock to simulate tools I think I've set it up right but the model doesn't look right after I pick it. Can anyone help me correct this problem. Thanks,

I have a M4300 Dell Precision and I'm working with a solid model file in mastercam that is 74,000 kb in size and I'm having all kinds of computer problems, keeps locking up and display goes blank. What can I do,add more ram and or upgrade my video card. I have 512 MB video card and 2 GB Ram.

I'm a new user of Mastercam X3 and I'm having trouble rotating my solid model to correspond with the way I want to machine it. What's the best way to manipulate the model.
