We recently added Quickpart to our Version 8 Mill software and are having a difficult time figuring out how to use it. There doesn't seem to be any tutorials or instruction manuals available. Any suggestions on how to get up to speed with this software?

We are using Mastercam to create geometry and toolpaths which we are then manufacturing in hard and soft woods with our CNC router.We typically use feed rates of 20-40 f/min, router speeds of 19-21,000 RPM and are using two flute up spiral solid carbide end mills. The bits seem to dull very quickly. I'm wondering what other people are doing to compare methods and experience. Sincerely, Bill Watt

We are running a lab with Mastercam software on a Windows NT network. The DOS Shell command bypasses security allowing users to access the C drive and cause havoc, deleting etc. Can this command be hidden or deleted.
