how do you change the size of icons in the toolbar cannot remember how m10 thanks

i have expierience in mill 9 and mill 10 and lathe 9 and 10. i am weak in creating toolpaths on solids and wireframes. is there a book that someone can recommend to me that will help me out. i am put in a position where i am goinmg to have to start working with solids more. thanks
