  1. I was running .0001 FPT. 32000 rpm at 12 ipm. 83 sfm. .0004 step It didnt last for beans
  2. Has anybody used a .010 diameter cutter in hardend steel (55/60 RC), and if so do you have any pointers? Im not having very good luck

  5. It seems the only way I can get the faceting out is by using 2d swept but I cant use 2d swept for most parts.

  12. Hello, does anybody know how to eliminate the faceting on a revolved solid model? When I create a model it looks clean and pure on the screen, but when I cut a part it has faceting on it, when I print the model on the printer it shows the same faceting as the cut part but on the screen it looks very smooth and clean. Any advice? thank you
