So essentially this feature has been handicapped because of beta purposes? Guess we will just have to wait till the final product is released. Thank you all for your input.

I have, but only see tool, .stl, and color coding tolerance as options to change. I have not been able to find an area in which to change the values, although I can see them, I will attach a screen shot.

As the title states, how do you change to color tolerances in the verify module when comparing to .stl? The default tolerances are far too loose for my taste, allowing for cusps and gouges to blend in.

Jim, I got the O.K. to send you the parts file; I will send it to the address you specified. As far as messages, I don’t get any, the program hangs up and that’s it. I have let it run for two hours hoping it would come thru, but no luck.

I was working on this file last week, and then this morning it would not reopen. The program just sits unresponsive when attempting to open it. I am able to extract the geometry, but cannot get it to open with its tool paths. I believe it has something to do with the “stock compare” operations, last week it would take several minutes to render a tool path change. So my question is whether or not there is anyway to filter the file when opening, ie: partition off toolpaths? Thanks in advance!

Hi, I am using mastercam x3 Turn, and kinda have a hit or miss with the solids recognition working correctly. I get an error message sometimes that won't allow me use solids when selecting geometry for tool paths. I'm using parasolids converted from iges in solidworks. Also using solidwork files, same problem. Any help is useful. Thanks, Jelg2006

HI, Im using Master Cam X3 and seem to be having some problems. In the pocket routine i can't get the lead-in and lead-out to occur. I have try every thing from changing drawing import type, to importing a working file from master cam X. When i import the file from a prior version the pocket routine works correctly. If any one knows any thing more about this please.. do tell.
