Where do I get X+? Is it a stand-alone program? Thanks X-fo Mill level uno Lathe level eins

I'm really having a problem getting a setup sheet from X^4 that isn't 12 pages deep. I called our local office and they were not much help. Does anyone know how to use the Active Designer program that comes with X^4? I have Active Report as my Setup Sheet Program and would like to include the graphics along with the tool list and similar info; just not 12 pages of it. I work for a welding and fabricating company, Angeles Steel Services in Santa Fe Springs CA, and we are starting a machining division. That being said, we've acquired X^3 and I was wondering what other people do in generating setup sheets. I've never had to document setups before because I was the programmer/operator so I knew what I wanted to accomplish. Now, once we get all the equipment in, I'll be programming for someone else.
