I converted my top and bottom rails to spines and connected the two with some vert lines then picked the option to sync the chains with branch points and got it to run. I would like to take credit for figuring this on my own but MK at prism rocks LOL

Can some help me? What is mastercam looking for when machining swarf 5 axis and I get an sync sharp corner message?

I have to machine the inside surfaces of a cap with a lip around the top (almost looks like an apple). I would like to use a T-slot cutter 1.5d x .50high with a .25r top and bottom corners. Any suggestion on what my best surface tool paths would be?
