  1. At ths time I'm programming a part with 12 rotations using just G54 and center line of the tombstones rotation. Mastercam has said to pull the part away from the main gnome and create a new wcs and wcs's gnome(x,y,z crosshair) to get the required rotation because by rotating at the main gnome is like rotating nothing around nothing. Strange but thier right. By doing this, you will get all G54-G59 plus G54.1 p1, p2.... and the right rotations. Make sure that you draw all your geometry in front view for 4th axis work. Then rotate accordingly. Also make sure that before you post you have (top, front) or (top,B15.0°) or whatever rotation your doing, top should be first. There are more complex combinations, but should get fix the rotation issues. Now my question is this, does anybody know a way you can re-set a B0.0° in any wcs without moving the part? Thanks, kukudog
