  2. Hi Peter, Yep, toolpath nesting is all i have attempted as of yet.
  3. Thanks, Manual placement does give me peace of mind and looks alot better. I see that geometry has to be closed for tabs to be accepted by nesting. Toolpaths can overlap otherwise.
  4. I am a new user of mastercam and would love any pointers re tabbing. Nesting parts with tabs doesn't always work.Part don't seem to recognise toolpath boundries. Are there some constraints to consider when nesting I have X3 router, on Biesse machines Thomas
