MasterCam X3 I created 12" radiuses for a simple ruled surface and the surface is not following my wire frame. I created these surfaces three different ways and all show the same thing.Its not much but it shows up on my work piece. I sent the file to a friend and his MC is showing the same thing. Any info please???

I'm using X3 and my ruled surface that should follow a 12" radius i created for my surfaces is offline. Its not much but its enough to keep my customer unhappy. When my toolpath runs it follows the surface. I can even create a spline on the edge of the surface and it stays smooth but its clear the surface does not follow my radius.

Its just a ruled surface and my tool is rolling way off the edges of my part. I want it to go straight across ,up to the edge of the block then back again. I've tried several differnt gap settings with no luck. Thanks in advance.
