  1. Thanks for the replies guys! I like the way that setup looks Bob! I'll try something like that. Now I've got what us Southerners call a "Jumping off point"!
  2. Hello All, We've been challenged to CNC Port out engine heads on our Haas VF3 with the TRT160 trunnion. I've got a solid post processor but I'm stumped on how to fixture the heads so we can machine all 4 ports. Here are a couple of links: AutoCraft Engines Homepage Link to Head section of the website On the webpage with the heads you'll get a rough idea of how the head looks. This is for a Boxer (Porsche style) Volkswagon Racing Engine. The 2 inside ports are the Intakes that flow back to the intake manifold (center of the head) and the 2 outside ports are the Exhausts that for to the very left & right sides of the head. If anyone has any ideas I'd dance on your birthday! Thanks!
