use three flue basset carbide em with .015 or .031 radius. speed 2500 feed 20. plugging 5. i cut every week for over 5 years nerver break a tool. and this kind of carbide last very long and make part very fast.
in the contour parametr,i push the depth of cut bottom then left .005 to finish. then do it. but the nc program doesn't have that finish cut. can some one tell me why? thax friend

can some one show me how to change part zero on screen.
for exemple after i load dxf file, the drawing has flow zero it can be any where on the screen.
instead using the translate function, do you have any better way to do it? thank for your help.
when i apply tool cuts it leave the toolpaths visible on screen. that make me so hard to see the original drawing, because too many toolpaths on the screen. can some one tell me ho to make those toolpaths invisible. thax my friends
iwant to square a part but the program all way give me the R value even the drawing doesn't have any filet. can some one tell me why? i don't want any R in the program. thax friends
