but yes they are out there i would say in the los angles area it is from 20 to 30.

the last job that i worked 40weeks was $29.00 hour and all i did was program all day.

but have seen the same person doing every thing for 20hr. you just need to look.

i agree when doing proto typ mold ,akeing be the the man a many hates is tha fastest and best way to be.

i have and some time for customers i still need to be that person.

one way would to change the normals and it will read the auther side.

i would say take the jump it is not like te v7 when it came out as many bugs as there were then.

they held back on v8 longer to get it right as possable.

i have benn using for sevrale months now and been haveing great success.

i say it is woth the jump even if you are doing 2d all the way to 5th axis..

under the depth cut did you try setting use the absolute and greating a point at the hight of the stock to start then picking that point?.

i use it and have had no problems.

but on nt4 yes i get problems here and there.

just my 2cents.

but really give win 2000 a try works the best out of every windows i have used.
