Has anyone Jig ground in a vertical mill. We just bought a Vulcanaire Jig grinder attachment. I have no previous jig grinding experiance. Im working on a mazak just using a boring cycle but getting bell mouth at the top. How can i keep the wheel from exiting the cylinder bore and make multiple passes? Any info would be useful. Thanks.
