  1. For the dirty op problem, try putting ALL your toolpath ops in the main op dir, Do not use sub groups. I have not had a dirty op on opening files this way with 800+ ops... It is more of a pain to manage, but beats regens. This problem has been around since sub groups(ops) was introduced.

  2. It has to be set up in your post. The (generic) mpmaster post is downloadable from the post link at the top of this page. In your ops parameter page, click on misc. values and you will see the question to select. If you use the manual entry, you have to edit your code and delete the brackets.

  3. Turk, it looks like you have already "lofted cut"

the holes. cav_section_b is I think what you are

trying to achive. I used a larger hole dia. to show. You may have to adjust the position or location. If you want to drill the angled holes,

you need to create the arc at the angle you want to drill, in this case, normal to the green lines,

    as has been mentioned above.

  4. I would not go any less than WSXGA (1680x1050) for X2. All the versions of X use up alot of "real estate". I am using this computer:

    http://www.acer.ca/acereuro/page4.do?sp=pa...a&crc=239156436 6#inu57_29643

and if I had a large screen, like you have, look

for WUXGA (1920x1200). Here is a wikipedia link to screen resolutions:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Display_resolution

I am thinking a 2nd display would be very useful to slide the ops manager onto.

  5. What size is the tool nose rad? I think if it is the same as or larger than the lead in/out you run into this problem. Try changing the length of the lead in to .15 and see if this happens. One way to fix it is to draw both lead in lines and turn off the add a line...

    Can you upload the file?
