Hi All, Need some help? I'm trying to us a lollypop tool (.125 Dia.) to machine a couple thru holes which are two different angle in the same setup. I've tried flowline and contour w/ same resoles. The lollypop will only machine half of the hole; even though there is only the one surface....any ideas? Thanks J.B.

Chris, Been there done that! As fare as Cimnet goes; I only found 4 responses dating from 2002 -2006. I'm looking for are those who use Cimnet and there feedback. Are they using wireless, are they using any of the modules ect. John+

Hi, Looking for Cimnet user. Any Pro-Con's you may like to express. Do you use any of the multitudes of the module, If so which one's. Cimnet is one DNC packages we are looking at.

Considering new DNC software. Have three different shop in 3 location w/ machines in all local. Have been looking around on forum for ideas. Question: Does anyone know what DNC package the Big Boy's ,like a Boeing use ? Also, can anyone tell me if there is a DNC package out there that I can integrate Job set-up photo, special form tool Dwg. and General set-up info. into software? Any Input?

How do I xform and translate between views in MC X? In V9 you could merge one file w/ another.(Merge let's say rotary table to current part) You were able to do this by ( merging file,then xform translate between views. In X I can't seem to find translate between views! Any one typed this yet? if so I could use some help!

Ok, Now that I have SP1 and update 1...I have not crash trying to back plot. This is good. Now I can't save my verify or rotate part once verify is completed? This was fine before.

Guy's I have MC X SP1,level 3 w/ solid, W/ Nvidia Quadro 4, 750GL. 2GB Ram I'm crashing when back plotting...any ideas? I've search fourm and change back ground color but still accures. j+

Machine top view= G54, flip part 180 about "y" machine G55, flip part 90 about "x", machine G56. After I post,loc look correct but no G54-G56... Have I missed something in post update or in WCS.

I received my MCX yesterday. After looking over forum the last few days; I thing I will keep my MC9 & install MCX separate on the same computer. The primary reason for doing this is the customer still want there parts & could careless about learning curve. So, having made this decision, Anyone having install both 9 & X have many do's & dont's ? JB
