Hi all I'm new to mastercam lathe(V9) and having a hard time with this : Bondaries are all set and my shape is drawn.It's only a face with a diameter and there's a radius of .250" on the corner.Facing is ok, but when I rough my OD using canned cycle (toolpaths-canned rough),I select chain and pick my first line that is my radius and the last one and select done. Set my roughing parameter and hit ok. I get that message : "Tool collision with stock ! Continue writing toolpath ?" What could be the problem ? Still searching ! But if I do the same thing but without canned cycle (toolpaths-rough) it's ok !! Hope you understand what I mean ! (I'm canadian french) Thanks Pat
