If somebody worked with tungsten? I am interested with technology - processing of tungsten -95 % on milling machine tools. I frequently working with tungsten, but the basic problem is selection of the tool and technology of processing. Problem which I have collided now it - сutting small threads - M-2, 2-56NC, and boring apertures 3H7 and 5H7 (I work in metric system). Me interests - instruments, cutting parameters. I shall be grateful for any information. From its part I shall be glad to share the saved experience! Thank!

All greetings! I novice at this forum. I work on Mastercam 8.1.1 two years. Before 5 years worked on Cadtec and in metal working I have the experience of 10 years. I have two questions- 1. How to write procedure manually and to connect it in the program? 2. Processing time on the machine and processing time calculated by the program differing. Where and how I can inject correction on processing time? Thank.
