Had same problem now but in newer version. Removing the workspace file will avoid getting message, but will lose your saved settings unfortunately. Do not usually write comments in, but situation to resolve ours, difficult enough, was due to Ransomware protection setting. After shutting it off, works back to normal. Hopefully sharing will allow others to avoid in future.
