Thanks everyone for the help ! Apparently they sent me the wrong file so Now we have a .PRT file that is 1 meg and every time we try to import it into Mastercam it request an access code. I have reached out to our reseller but have not received any responses yet. Can anyone tell me how to open this file ? Thanks in advance

Our customer provided us with a .plmxml file and we need to import it into our Mastercam 17. Can anyone help us accomplish this? Thanks In advance Al

I have a solid that I created by probing a part and would like to create an arc (line) around the outside profile. The problem is that the probe picked up every little flaw in original part. Is there a way to just have Mastercam create an average arc around the part? thanks as always for the help.

Hello everyone I hope you can give me a hand. I just upgraded to X5 and we are running on a haas sl 20 lathe. just trying to do one hole c-axis cross drill and since we upgraded our peck drill cycles have gone haywire. Whats happening is lets say my peck drill (pecks) are .05 each peck Then first one pecks .05 deep Second pecks .025 Third pecks .0125 Fourth pecks .00625 And so on until it is only pecking .0001 each peck... Any Ideas ?? thanks AL
