I don't understand you mean to translate my parts five to ten times and post each one of them out in g54 then g55 So I guess is there a better way than that. I guess is it possible to hire someone to build a post that every time it finds a tool change I can assign g54,g55,g56,g57 and so on witch would be a huge time saver.

So what am i doing wrong I'm tapping a .500 plate 3/8-16 tap it tapped in I watched it and the spindle reversed like it was suppose to and came back out but it pulled my plate out of the vice and yes the vice was tight and yes it was a 3/8-16 tap this is the first time we have posted taps to the Haas here is the program Haas VF3 N100 G00 G17 G20 G40 G80 G49 G90 N110 G91 G28 Z0. I just need to know ! Is there a way custom post or custom something or another to be able to take my program with multiple tools and be able to run tool number one on g54 g55,56,,57,58,ect. then tool number two on g54 g54 56,57,58,ect. and so on and so forth????? this would be way cooler than taring apart my programs and coping and pasting just to decrease tool changes. its probably something easy like N130 G00 G90 G54,G55,G56,G57ect.... X3.6875 Y-1.4688 S180 M03 right!!!!!!!!! Life is short have fun!!!!!1

Hi everyone Ive upgraded to Mastercam 5 and am having a problem Ive never had before Ive done several searched on this forum to no prevail. No matter what tool I pick the feeds and speeds do not update with a different tool unless i right click and re-initialize feeds & speeds for each tool can someone tell me what i am doing wrong! I do apologize if this topic has already been covered but I cant find it. You guys have covered every problem Ive ever had since 1999. I do want to Thank everyone for all the info. Life is short have fun. Tom
