Anyone use Hanita or Gorilla Mill endmills for trochoidal tool paths. I just recently heard of both brands and was wondering if anyone had any input.

Most drill chucks designed for cnc machines that I have looked at have diamond coated teeth. Albrecht are the ones that Im leaning toward. I just wonder about accuracy with them.

Do you use any drill chucks? Seems like most of my setup time is looking for collets. There are a lot of nice chucks designed for CNC that aren't much more than a whole set of collets.

Well I changed both of those options and still get nothing in graphics. It doesn't show the tool or anything.

Can someone tell me how to go about creating a thread mill in X5 for my tool library?

I just got X5 and Ive been playing around with the new Iscar HEM feature but haven't cut any actual parts.I was wondering if anyone had used this feature with any other high performance endmills? Or is that what the "RCTF ONLY" box is for? Also, what is the price comparison on Iscar solid carbides with other brands like SGS or Accupro? The company I just started for cuts a lot of 316 SS and they've been using a lot of inserted cutters and I was wanting to show them the benefits of this new approach.
