  1. When creating a nest in Mastercam x5 for a router, is it possible to set up a database which has multiple parts connected to one file. I'd like to be able to select one file in the part list for a project and have all the parts related to that project added to the nest.
  2. When i nest a large batch of small parts to cut on a router, mastercam doesnt always orientate them in the correct way, so I change the layout manually in the nesting results screen. However when i do this each time i move apart all the cutting outlines are retraced before i can move each part. This is extremely time consuming when i have to wait before i can move part, is there any setting i can change to prevent this? Also i am using X5, if that makes any difference.
