I'm using basic 2-D toolpaths package for Mastercam for Solidworks and I'm trying to machine a rectangular stock with a bowl shaped pocket. Is there anyway to design a tool path for this without upgrading and using the 3-D toolpaths feature?
Hi,
Does anyone have any suggestions on the best tool path type for machining pocketed lettering? I've tried pocket facing but it isn't able to get all my letters at once.
Hi,
I'm having trouble making a slot tool path in MasterCAM. What I have is a channel that is 0.005'' in width and I have a 0.005'' flat end mill. MasterCAM won't let me make a slot that's the same size as my tool. Has anyone ever had any experience with this problem? Any solutions? Thanks.
