Just to recap, I am m/c an angled square pad at x,y,z then I want the 1st position to be programmed inc' from the 1st point, etc. Is the previous answer relevant ? Regards, Sean -

Different datums, G54, G55 etc

Can any body help me in setting G54,G55 datums in the program, Say machining a feature in G54, then spinning the Table (B axis) by 90 degs, then you are at G55, then machine the 2nd feature ? [email protected]

Does any body find it tricky to up-date the Tool Library, where you press save tool then it just adds it onto the end of the library, but leaving the "old" tool there ? [email protected]
