I have a half cylindrical shape. I have basically set a WCS to flip my mold upside down so I can set points on the back side. Just a preference of mine I guess.
So with it upside down, I create a point dynamically on the cylindrical surface and it puts it in the correct x,y location but the z position looks like it is defaulting to the original z0. My plane is set to 3d also.
V9 dynamically put points on whatever funky surface I wanted.
I am trying to create some simple points along surfaces while in WCS. We use them for vacuum holes on a mold's bottom side. It works when not in WCS. Is this a known problem?
Has anyone had a problem after importing geometry or just changing color attributes?
I imported some geometry lines, arcs, surfs...to an existing file with toolpaths. My color was set to red. All imported entities are red by looks but attributes remain correct ie level 1 color 10 for example.
The only way I have found to fix is to delete the entities in question and undelete them.
We have 3 seats of mcamX. The first 2 installed fine along with sp1. The third was fine until SP1. McamX still works but V9.1 says hasp not found. I run haspX and everything is ok.
Any Ideas???
