  1. Hi there, we use a waterjet machine in our company for glass cutting. Yesterday an error appeared on our display saying:"PLC ALARM 19894 Collision sensor" (I´ve attached also the picture so you can see) Does anybody have a clue what does it mean? The problem is with the Y axis, we guess, because we are not able to zero that axis and the X and Z are working correctly. The Y is set to +2500.00. When we start to move it, it stops around +2800.00 giving this error...the machine is not touching any limitswitch or any other sensor which could prevent further movement...and the error is popping up only when you go above +2500.00. When you go with the machine to the other side there is no error... Hope somebody can help... Thanks in advance
