Ya the minimum retract was selected. why would that not show a crash though in verify. I scraped a $1000 BECAUSE OF IT! It makes no sense. Thanks guyinthedesert

from what I can see the tool must not have come to the specified height before it move across the part.

Well I just found a new one. running a surface high speed core roughing pass. Everything looked great on verify starts running everything sounds good, start finish pass then notice more than a dozen corners have been taken out with the roughing pass. Can anyone help, this was not showing on the verify.

I had the same issue yesterday, Mastercam came back with turning off smoothing in your total tolerance option. and they are working on fixing the bugUpdated to MU1 yesterday, and yesterday had 2 programs that fail to retract and rapid straight through cavity wall/upstanding core.

Well yesterday before I installed the mu1 it would render tool paths with no problems and with no crash issues. And for whatever reason regenerating tool paths is excruciatingly slow.
