  1. I reinstalled the software and the "only" button is working now.
  2. Thanks for your Reply. I have tried to use the "only" button. It is active and allows me to select the points I want but it doesn't add them to my drill point manager. The button turns red then as well.
  3. Hello, I just loaded X7 and when i am going to pick my geometry for a drilling operation I select "Entities" from the "Drill Point Manager" box but the "All" button isn't activated. It is activated when I am not creating or modifying an operation. The "Only" button is active all the time. Any ideas? Thanks in advance. Ron
  4. Thanks for the reply Lou. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't making a mistake. It just makes me do a little bit more checking on my part especially before I cut into a 4 ton piece of steel.
  5. Hello, Has anyone else noticed that when using verify (MR1) to display circle milling or contour milling and multipass is used it shows the tool make some wild moves. It looks fine in backplot and posts fine. I assume (yea I know what they say) that this might be bug in verify? Thanks
  6. Sorry After further investigation I Guess it is right although different from V9.
  7. Has anyone noticed that when you click the circle mill toolpath button the Drill point dialog box comes up? This isn't correct. Is it?
  8. I too need the link displayed during the update of X SP1.My version 9.1 can't find the hasp now. Any suggestions? Thanks!
  9. Could someone tell me the significance of the dollar sign (if any) in an X post? Thanks
  10. Thanks All but nothing seems to work. I think I might end up editing the MPFAN.pst file that cam with X to suit my needs. Thanks again for the help.
  11. It is a mildly revised MPFAN
  12. Thanks for the Greeting and suggestion but it didn't work. force_wcs was set to yes (although it had a $ after it) tried it both ways. I also tried putting an * before each pwcs to force it that way. That didn't work either.
  13. Hello All, I've been trying to resolve this issue , done a search in the forum to no avail. I am trying to force the WCS at each tool change. I tried changing the misc integer mi1 to 2 which forces the WCS but then it doesn't position XY coordinates or intial clearance plane correctly on the first tool. It posts positioning to X0 Y0 and rapids G43 to Z0. If I change misc int mi1 back to 0 it positions correctly. Is this a bug or a post problem? The post worked fine in V9 and was updated using updatepost.dll. Thanks in advance for an info on the problem. Ron Bulldog Machine Inc.
