Both are windows 64 professional 64bit.SP1 I tried running the x7 and Start/All Programs/Mastercam X7/Utilities/Advanced Configurations as administrator. still broken. -

I am using the same machine type on both computers as well as windows 7. When I modify the value in one box it won't let me do anything else. Can't modify anything else or save. I tried to upload a mp4 file to show the problem but it says "Error You aren't permitted to upload this kind of file" Here is a youtube link -
x7 won't let me modify parameters in boxes on one computer but is ok on another computer. Reinstalled it 5 times still no good.
