No matter, it's on the FTP.
-
OK - it's on the FTP in the drawings folder.

Use Internet Explorer, go to Emastercam, click on 'CadCam's FTP site', click on Drawings folder, click on 'Page' in upper right of window, click on 'Open FTP site in Windows Explorer'.
Now you can 'drag and drop' or copy/paste.

Evil runs his MC on a Mac.
Do a search......
Don't understand what "problem if I am using a Mac"
-
Jeff, e-mail it to me and I will put it on the FTP for you.
E-mail is in profile.

Or try not filtering the toolpath. No G18 arc that way.
-
Will you be cutting this on a 3 axis machine?? What size machine??
I should have time to make a 3D drawing from the print if that will help.
You should get plenty of help in here.
Welcome back !!

I had a similar problem back in V6 ... It was a bad MC disk, got a new disk and did a repair/new install (can't remember which) and all worked fine.

Very cool !!!

Not dumb at all......
And welcome to the forum !!!
Do a search on this forum for 'video card' and read some of the threads. Your problem is most likely a video card thing.
Does your box have an onboard video as opposed to a separate video card?

Jay, for best results I have always opened the FTP in IE, then clicked on 'Page' and at the bottom is 'Open FTP site in Windows Explorer'. Now you can upload or download easily.

I used coons patch in the corners.
In X4 I think you have a 3 or 4 side surf that works the same. Not sure.
-
Yes, I used swept for the side surfs and ruled for the end and bottom.
-
How is this?
I'll put it on the FTP as SurfaceProblem-BT.MC9 in the MC9 folder.
I ignored the .625 dim.

Does 'Combine Views' change the view # of the problem arc ??
If it does, that might fix your problem.

On CadCam's FTP site in the 'unspecified_uploads' folder are several WCS tutotials. Look for 'WCS_tutorial....'
They are from 2004 and ver 9.1 but they may be helpful.
Good luck

Backlash, might be loose thrust bearings.

I'm going to suggest 'CCleaner'
You can set it to empty any folder you want as well as Windows temp files and cookies and trash can.

Good job, Ron !!!
-
Michael - look at 'Michael Surface Pocket-BT.mc9'
I created surfaces from solids in that area, then 'removed boundry' - then cleaned up and created a couple ruled surfs where needed.
Look at levels 200 and 201
