Hi guys,
I would like to know some strategies to machine solid pieces with Mastercam. I work with solid CADs, and I always use "Surface Rough Pocket" and finally "Surface Finish Parallel".
Which parameters do you normally introduce in this strategies?
SURFACE ROUGH POCKET:
---> How many times do you apply a "Surface Rough"? (with differents stepovers and tolerances)
---> Total tolerance
---> Max stepover
---> Gap settings (motion, size, etc.)
---> Advanced Settings
SURFACE FINISH PARALLEL
---> Total tolerance
---> Max stepover
---> Gap settings (motion, size, etc.)
---> Advanced Settings
Thanks
Hi,
I have to mechanize the upper face of the pink figure (it's a solid); or in other words, the green surface.
What operations of "Surface Rough" and "Surface Finish" I need to do?
