I dont think the price could possibly be that bad, it seems the pro- software seems to fall in the same price ranges, they paid over $4500 for the software that doesn't work, and is only supposed to support 1 machine at best. (this was their middle of the road version, and it doesnt get much better) I would be interested in meeting with a sales rep sometime. Additionally, as an IT Firm, I'm interested in getting more information, and possibly a demo, so I could at least recommend (in good faith), or resale your product. We should be looking at a purchase date approx 6 months from now if all goes well. Thanx again Damon

Hello all, this is my first post. I've been reading the forums to find out if mastercam is a better solution than what im currently using. I own an IT firm which has made a partnership with a fabrication company who is using fastcam for their linatrol lynx burn table. I'm COMPLETELY unhappy with the fastcam software, and the manuals are even worse (engrish). I have contacted the software vendor, and they told me to contact the people who sold them the machine, and that we had 30 days free support. The installers are utterly hopeless, and the machine wasnt even operational withtin the 30 day period. So I'm researching new alternatives. The fact that mastercam has a forum is a BIG plus. They are also looking to install additional tables soon, as well as a lathe and/or mill. Thanx in advance for any help Damon
