Good afternoon to you all! I've a report a problem regarding a DMG machine, model DMU 50, and I would like to know if there is anyoune here with the same problem, or heard about it. In the past july, the "B" axis blocked. Cause: two broken M16 screews of the blocking system! The technitions that repair the machine, told me that they were changing the system, to never happen again, after I asked if it was an assembly problem!? We received the bill. Surprise (I must remenber you this was fabrication defect), more than 8000€ of repairs... Sorry if this isn't the write place to post, but I really need some help. Best regards
