thanks for all the help guys. Inhouse actually responded on Saturday and pointed out to download new hasp drivers and everything is working now.

2020 and windows 10 pro it is a purple hasp and lights when installed but does not stay lit as for the hasp it does not seem to be recognizing it but I don't see why

Thanks I had not thought of that but I uninstalled and re-installed with the HASP in and it still asks for an activation license.

Anybody know why when I try to use my dongle on my laptop to work away from the office it does not recognize the license? Already started a support ticket but given that it is Saturday and I was hoping to do some work this weekend I was wondering if anybody knows why?
