Hi I have a Mori Seiki ZL 150 lathe and i need to make an hexagonal shape on a cilindrical part but it must be done with frontal milling. I know it can be done with the X-axis and C-axis combined, but i never used this kind of operation before. So if anyone can help ill be very greteful. Thanks.

for parameters i dont think the ones on ZL 150 works on NL2500

Hi, this is a program that works on my Mori Seiki ZL150 M5 G0T3737(MASC.M8X.75) X0Z-3 G4U.3 M329S300 G98G84Z34F225 G0G80Z-20M9 Hope it helps, its for the second turet in the right sight mandrin change the tool, M329 to M29 and M203 to M3 for the left turet
