Hi Tony, With referance to Surface Finish Scallop, try setting Gap Settings to Distance 2.5mm - 3.6mm (0.098" - 0.142"), gives a better toolpath keeping tool down. Oh set Motion to follow surf / smooth. These settings may prove useful, depends on surfaces / profile. Good luck. Gaz Steelnorth, UK.
