Talk about missing the point I was trying to make. (Was a observation of people asking only) If you are buying a new product and don’t have years of experience with using it, you need to be told. People need to be told its MC plus modified posts that’s all I was trying to say it helps to be told in advance. (So you don’t come here saying GIMME GIMME) Who’s job is it to no that the posts out of the box are going to put in every code under the sun. After reading the FAQ at the top of the page. Just a little thought about posts that maybe looking at it a little bit differently Don’t you think the people are coming to this site for a reason? Ever wonder why. As a new user to MC you tend to really rely on your reseller a great deal to no what they are selling. What seems to be lacking is the requirement to get you up and running POSTS. They come in and show you all the bells and whistles for MC & say theirs a lovely helpful website to answer all your questions. Me thinks there must be a lot of resellers out their selling MC only for the quick sale and not telling people its MC plus lots of time and extra $$ for the modified posts. PS. The website is very helpful.

Thanks for that guys it should help. Chris that F1 key is the best and worst feature going from Mastercam to AutoCad. Autocad mouse wheel zooming is a very nice. Pity im only filling in at work till they get someone to fill in as it looks like a great program to learn.

Hi guys im a new Master Cam user and am finding in kinda hard getting use to some of the key commands. As a designer using Autocad every day it suxs having to learn a whole new set of quick keys. My question is can you set centre mouse button to dynamic pan and wheel up down to dynamic zoom. Cheers all,
