  1. Hi Guys: Good news, I found a reseller in Edmonton so there is no need to reply to my last question. timg
  2. Hi again guys: I need you direction once again. I can't seem to find anyone in my area who sells mastercam or knows much about it. My area being Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. The only school that offers any mastercam training is S.I.A.S.T. in Saskatoon (to far away) and there it's only a small part of a larger course (cnc machining). I have sent emails to the Mastercam educational division and the instructor's forum and recieved no reply. The mastercam web page mentions a book and forms that are similar to exams for student certification, but makes no mention of where to get them. The list of resellers has no one in Canada that I could talk to, there's even nobody in North Dakota selling mastercam (the closest state to me). I appear to be stuck for getting my skills upgraded. What I am looking for is a home study course or an internet study course. Has anybody got any ideas as to where I go from here? timg
  3. Hi: I need some help! I would like to take a mastercam class and get certification but I can't find any classes in my area. I am a machinist and work full time. I am looking for an online class or a home study course that I can take to upgrade my skills. I have tried sending an e-mail to the mastercam educational division but I get no reply. I live in Regina Saskatchewan, Canada, and none of the local schools offer mastercam by it's self. Can anyone help me find what I'm after? Timg

Thanks for the loads of information and direction. I have been machinist for the past 25 years, and during the past 17 years I owned my own shop and farmed. I've sold the farm and the closed the shop and now looking for work is very tough so I want to upgrade my skills to make myself more employable. I'll talk to the local schools etc and find an mc distributor and get started on a basic mc program. Thanks again to all timg
