Im trying to undertand MC better, my Compnay is using Gibbscam right now, but I would like to start using MC more, but I can't figture out the planes in MC(ie Cplane & Gview) maybe someone can help me with this gibbscam does it this way XY plane YZ plane and ZX planes How does MC do it ? Thanks Alot Guy's this will make my LIFE alot better if I can get this done Okay I have Mastercam 9.1 and using a Generic Post that has Y axis, the Machine Im using is a Hitachi Seiki Super Hicell with XYZCB Axies The only Problem is Im fairly new With Mastercam and to be Honest I am having a hard time even thinking about generating geometry for this .... Second I have a project at work Im trying to Machine but having a Hard time with it I have a 7" Diameter part that Im putting a 1.26 dia hole thru but off center line In Y Axis(lathe) of 1.875 and on the edge of the Hole I have to Spin and Radius of .125R all the way around and be even all the way around HELPPPPPPP !!!!!!!!! Is Mastercam powerful enough ?????
