I would like to get a working post for a mits mv4b for mastercam version 9. The post I have with the machine is generic and I have some issues making it do what I want. Example it adds some G codes that the machine doesn't understand. I need to get this for my students to be able to operaye this Mill. Thanks

I am getting a Alarm 60 ATC Sequence Alarm. Is there some way to reset the ATC?

I resently had my Mitsubishi M-V4B linked to MasterCam and had some issues resolved on getting them to communicate with one another. Since clearing these issues my automatic tool changer will not work. Does anyone have this type of setup that could suggest something to try to solve what seems to be a never ending battle between MasterCam and these machines? The Mits have a Meldas 500 controler. Help!!!

I received a red nethasp sim for our school shop and I can not get the update button to highlight when I type in the Authentication code. If I change from network to local on the second line I get a message at the bottom state that the Authentication code not found. Any suggestions?

I have Mastercam V9 installed on my PC. I am trying to install a red nethasp in our school shop and am not having any luck with the directions for updating the red nethasp sim. If I follow the directions that was sent to me, the update button does not highlight when I type in the Authentication code if it is set to network on the second line. Does anyone out there know how to download a MasterCam program (I have the post) to an Mitsubishi MV4B with a Meldas 500 series control? Our school got the machine donated to us and the instruction Manuals are hard to understand to say the least. I need to know how to set the machine so it will try and talk to MasterCam on an P.C. I see this nowhere in the information that came with the machine. On the screen of the Mitsu there is no logical sequents to go through.

I run a small community college machine shop. I have MasterCam v7.2 and am trying to link up with an Bridgeport EZ Trak. How do I send a program from MasterCam i.e. 1234.nc to a machine that wants it in 1234.pgm? I know I can rename the file. MasterCam sends a file to the Bridgeport called C:mill721234.pgm after I rename it. The Bridgeport wants a file C:PGMFILES1234.PGM. How do I get beyond this? Please help.

I am looking for someone who has the same set up as mine. I have an Bridgeport EZ Trak mill and MasterCam v7.2 . I know the communications are as follows: Comm:1 Baud:9600 Data: 8 level Stop bits: 2 Parity: none. The mill wants it program to be in .txt or .pgr files. MasterCam sends nc files and I can't get it to read this. How do I convert this or can I? How can I send a MasterCam file to the mill and get it to run? Help!!!

I need to know the baud rates and any other communitcation information needed to get these two to talk to one another. Any information would be helpful. Our MasterCam educational dealer hear is not helpful at all.
