  1. under the tolerance tab there is a option to use one way filtering wich i think would probably help, also if your machine has room try using a smaller tolerance value wich should make the facets smaller, but a larger nc file in general

  2. i assume you are talking about a lathe. g50 is normally called before using constant surface feet.

    ie:

    g50 s2000 = 2000 max rpm

    g96 s500 = 500 surface feet

on some fanuc g50 can give unexpected results, like movement of x or z axis. something like a reference retrn. dont remember its been a long time.

  3. on face tools i just set the c/t plane to side then, c/t plane-rotate and rotate it at the correct angle. for cross tools i use a line defining the centerline of hole and set the c/t plane normal to this line. you may need to flip or rotate. just a note in face work: z+ should always be AWAY from the chuck. in cross work: the x+ axis will be TOWARDS chuck end.

  4. i think u need to use a seperate cplane/tplane for each c rotation. this should force the c rotation. when doing this make sure to check the c plane that z and y are in correct directions according how tool will be aproching part at c rotation
