Crashes regularly for me.... but i can't stop using it.

When I reduce the size of the window my toolbars go back to the defaults. When I maximuze again it returns to my toolbars???

Mighty Bite makes a film that needs to be heated. This is for small and or thin parts though. Not sure how large your part may be but I would be surprised if it worked well for cast iron.

I wouldn't recommend reaming titanium....

I would like to have an M19 P0.0 output with the operation. It seems the canned text option would be the easiest way. I have tried manipulating the output of the M7 because I will not use it but I am not having any luck. Is there an easy way to change one of the output comments?

We have an HAV 25 with an M32 control that we had to reload the parameters. Now we can't turn the spindle on with the door open. Mazak won't tell us which one to change. Can anybody point me in the right direction? Edge finding is a complete nightmare now.

Whenever I manipulate my model in verify it is not reflected in the graphics view when I close verify. The part goes back to the state it was in when I entered verify. I seem to remember it operating this way in earlier versions. Did something change or do I have it set up incorrecly?

check the box for top of arc or bottom of arc. Than just input the radius.

I agree with you 100 percent. I did the exact same thing. I have 4 seats, but recently only renewed the maintenace for two of them because I have not seen any real added functionality. My reseller seemed very surprised I would do such a thing. If everybody would voice their concerns with their money i bet it would get their attention.

Mastercam has issues! There is a news flash. We all paid a lot of money to use it. Nobody is alone there?? But I'll be damned if I have ever been given a part or a machine I can't program with it!

You can save a file with what you want to merge and then merge that file to all your other ones.

Have you tried merging each file?

.0025 build up. It is Electroless nickel. I do not believe that penetrates.

I have heard that arguement also. But the thickness is applied on the thirty degree sides of the thread. this is why I was thinking it would only move the pitch diameter 2x.
