  1. Thanks all. I'll look into this next week.
  2. The last job I posted came up with both of these problems.
  3. No ...X3 It's the latest MPmaster ...I've posted a few with mpmaster and this seems to show up now all the time...whatever it is, I don't know how to turn it off. I also have a problem now with the coolant...i select coolant on for every toolpath and it doesn't seem to process that info...i've been trying to look at other topics on here that relate to coolant problems .
  4. Hi all I get an error on my haas tm1 as follows.. N340 O00000 F0 F0 I have no idea what this means, however it does seem to coordinate with the post at the same line number except in the post it just says N340 OFF.. Sure hope you can help
  5. Thanks a bunch...I'll give that a try.
  6. Hi When I post process a file into cimco, it comes up with a different page for each toolpath...Can someone tell me how to make it all come into one page? Thanks
  7. Thanks MotorCityMinion... I had to do a pocket remachine because a contour remachine wouldn't clean up the whole corner. That worked perfect. It's real hard to remember those things when you don't do this everyday.
  8. I tried changing to a 1/4" cutter, selected remachine, and selected roughing and finishing passes, but I'm still confused about how and where to introduce the 1/16" cutter to clean the corners. Still learning ...patience is a virtue!
  9. Thanks to all... I am using a 2d remachine, and I'm milling a rectangle .060 deep on a piece of ABS plastic. I need to clean out the corners and whatever else the 1" cutter leaves behind.
  10. Good day all. I haven't used remachine for so long I can't remember how to change to the next cutter. I'm roughing a surface...pocket milling...1" cutter. I want to use a 1/16" endmill to clean out the corners after. Can someone tell me how to select the second cutter for remachining please.
  11. Hi people. I ran another program after editing the post and for some reason it gave me another G94 and M29. I re-checked my post and the settings were what they should be. I edited the program on the machine by deleting those two codes and it ran fine. I just don't understand why it adds those two unnecessary codes. Any thoughts? Thanks
  12. Thank You Very Much Gentleman. My "use_pitch " setting was set to 1 and I changed it to "0" which did the trick. I changed another setting because I needed four decimal places. I also now know how to open a posting and edit it. Today is not a waste...I learned something new. Thanks again for all your help. Have a great day.
  13. Hello I've just loaded mpmaster and am using X3. I use a HAAS TM1. When I've tried to post recently, I get weird results in the post as far as tapping feed and rpm. i.e. feed .0313 rpm 200 I also get M29?? and G95 which aren't even on my HAAS code Charts. I'm real confused...any help would be awesome.
  14. Flycut - I'm at the Health Sciences Centre. Thanks for the input everyone ... I'm still working on this one!
  15. Can anyone tell me what might cause a cutter to move over by 1/2 the diameter from where it should really be? I have turned off compensation, and instead of the cutter following my line in the center of the spindle, it has offset by half of it's diameter. I have double checked everything and I can't figure this out.Hope someone can help me out!
